ORDER PREPARATION:
We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible, but due to the fact that we have limited stock, most models are cast on a regular basis, and it probably will take few days for your order to be ready to ship. In extreme cases, it could take up to 6-10 business days after receipt of payment.
PRICES:
While we try to give our customers the best possible prices on shipping we cannot cover these costs ourselves. Therefore customers are responsible for all shipping and customs fees. The total shipping cost is always 8.99$ for all orders independently of delivery location and weight of goods.
DELIVERY METHOD:
All orders domestic and international are shipped via the Russian Post (Airmail for overseas locations). After dispatching we provide a tracking number which is trackable in all countries.
DELIVERY TIME:
International orders can sometimes take a few weeks to arrive, depending on the customs office at the destination. Usually, it takes up to one week for EU, 3-4 weeks for USA/Canada and 5-6 weeks for Australian addresses once your order has shipped.
RETURNS:
We believe that you will be delighted with Mystery Studio product, but from time to time you may feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us, this includes all shipping costs. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery. If you return the product in its original condition because of faulty goods or incorrect orders, Mystery Studio will either refund the total amount, not including return shipping costs to you or replace the faulty item or incorrect order. NON DELIVERED PACKAGES:
In the case of non-delivery parcels on fault of recipient. we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for resend the package. The amount will be in accordance with the actual price of shipping.
